S.A.H.P Detectives Division
The Detective Unit here in San Andreas Highway Patrol serves as the investigative unit in the department. Detectives in the Unit investigate crime scenes, find criminals / fugitives, and to build cases against things. The Detective Unit is fully unmarked and responds to scenes that require it to be investigated by a special type of unit.
S.A.H.P H.E.A.T. Division
The San Andreas Highway Patrol H.E.A.T. division, also known as Highway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic. The main goal of our unit is to assist regular patrol units with traffic enforcement, high-speed vehicles, motor vehicle accidents, D.U.I. checkpoints and procedures, and normal patrol duties. H.E.A.T. specializes in traffic control and enforcement and is determined to continue its tradition of keeping the public safe in everyday travel and preventing D.U.I.s. In H.E.A.T, our fleet includes 2018 chargers, 2014 chargers. 2020 Challengers and 2018 Mustangs. Also included in H.E.A.T are MBU and CVE, where you can use a 2013 Harley and a Ford F150
S.A.H.P K-9 Program
Whether its assisting in the search of a large area for narcotics or aiding a search and rescue operation deep in Mount Chiliad, the officers of the Canine Unit will uphold the standard that S.A.H.P sets out every day in its general patrol. Respect, Determination, Courage and Bravery are shown by all officers every day they don their campaign hats, and our unit seeks to follow the same routine.
S.A.H.P Public Relations Bureau (PRB)
The mission of the San Andreas Highway Patrol Public Information Bureau is to strengthen the relationship with the citizens of San Andreas and other Law Enforcement Agencies while also recruiting new members to the San Andreas Highway Patrol. A Public Information Officer's main goal is to create bonds and relationships with the citizens in an attempt to bring crime down in high-crime areas of the state.
S.A.H.P Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT)
The San Andreas Highway Patrol Special Weapons and Tactics are responsible for the safety and well-being of citizens involved in the highest priority scenes that involve an increased risk of danger to officers and the public. Only those members of Law Enforcement that receive advanced response training shall uphold the title of S.W.A.T. Officer and shall be tasked with dealing with high-priority threats.
S.A.H.P Aerial Support Unit
The San Andreas Highway Patrol Aerial Support Division consists of a cohort of knowledgeable, outstanding, and professional Troopers, uniquely trained in and possessing the utmost piloting and communication skills. The Aerial Support Unit strives to provide exceptional service and aid to the great state of San Andreas and its citizens by taking to the skies in order to abolish and prevent crime from burdening the streets, skies, and waters of San Andreas.
S.A.H.P State Rangers
The Mission of the San Andreas Highway Patrol State Rangers Division is to manage San Andreas diverse fish, wildlife, and plant resources, and the habitats upon which they depend, for their ecological values and for their use and enjoyment by the public.
